PAYMENT: To customers with an approved account and ordering with a purchase order, payment is expected 30 days after the invoice date. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars, with checks drawn from a U.S. Bank. Money orders and VISA/Mastercard are also accepted. If payment is made by one of these credit cards, a card number, expiration date, and card holder's name as printed on the card must be provided.
SHIPPING: All products listed are sold F.O.B. Pasadena, California. Magsphere Inc. will ship your order through FedEx or an equivalent express shipping. The shipping and handling cost might be higher or lower depending on your location. If you are ordering by phone, E-mail or FAX, you may request the shipping costs be charged to your FedEx account, a handling charge will be charged instead ($10-$25 USD). The shipping method for online orders is determined by Magsphere Inc. For international countries, please be sure that your country can accept shipments from the USA before ordering. Magsphere Inc. is not responsible if packages can not be delivered or imported.
WARRANTY: Magsphere Inc. warrants that it products shall reasonably conform to the description set forth in the Certificate of Analysis for a period of thirty (30) days from the shipment date. Through our warranty, we may refund you in full price, or replace the product if the conditions are met.
Buyer use of products and Disclaimer: Magsphere Inc have not tested the products for safety and efficacy in medical device, cosmetic, drug unless otherwise stated in Magsphere literature provided to buyer with the product. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to use Magsphere products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
RETURNS: Any returns must be authorized by Magsphere Customer Service Department. Custom synthesized products may not be returned. Please call or E-mail us before returning any products to receive a RAN (return authorization number). Returns are subject to a 20% or $25 whichever is greater restocking fee if the result is not of any error on the part of Magsphere Inc. Return transportation cost is buyers responsibility. Shipping cost will not be credited. If an order is returned to us without prior notice or authorization, but not limited to the following reasons: business being closed, duty not paid, unclaimed packages, unauthorized returns, and etc. The return shipment fee will be deducted from your total order before crediting the difference. If a credit card was used for the order, the surcharge may also be included in the deduction.
