When will my order be processed?

Most orders placed online will be processed on the same or the following business day. Depending on the order quantity and our current stock, it may take an extra business day.

Orders placed by other means will be processed within 2 days. International orders placed by other means will be processed after prepayment has been received. Exceptions will be made to customers with existing agreements with Magsphere Inc.

If you need custom synthesis of a particular product, please contact us for the estimated completion date.

 
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
Yes, we ship internationally. For international orders, we welcome you to contact us for payment and shipping details. Please email us at customers@magsphere.com.  
 
 
When will I receive my order?
Most orders within the United States will arrive in 2-4 days.

Most orders to Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico will arrive in 3-6 days (after prepayment has been received).

Most international orders will arrive in 3-7 days (after prepayment has been received).

 
 
Do you accept returns?

What types of payments do you accept?
 
We accept  all major credit cards, wire transfers, money orders, and checks.

Payment in check must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

 
Do you provide tracking numbers?
 
We currently do not automatically provide you a tracking number.

To request a tracking number, please contact us by phone or email with your order number.

We however do send shipping documentations for international orders.

 
When do in stock orders ship?
 
Orders placed online that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours.

International orders placed by other means are shipped once prepayment has been received.

 
When do out of stock orders ship?
 

In an instance where the product is not in stock and we can not synthesize a new lot within a timely manner, we will contact you.

Otherwise, out of stock orders will typically be shipped within 1 week.

 
 
Can I cancel an order?
 
Online orders may be canceled free of charge on the date that the order is placed. Orders canceled after the order date will be charged a restocking fee.
 
 
How can I request an invoice?
 
Invoices will usually be sent to the e-mail address listed on the order form within 3 days after the order has been delivered.
